Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 F.

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients for the glaze and mix thoroughly.

Rub half of the glaze on the chicken breasts until evenly coated.

Wrap each chicken breast in bacon and place seam-side down in a shallow baking dish. Top with remaining glaze.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bacon is crispy and chicken is cooked through, basting the chicken occasionally with the pan drippings.

Remove from oven, baste with pan drippings, and serve. Garnish with parsley if desired.
