- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 hot dogs (regular or bun sized)
- 2 can chili, with or without beans (15 oz. each)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp finely chopped chives

Notes
- Early versions of this recipe call for cooking under foil for 30 minutes to prevent burning the top of the dough. However, if left covered the dough may not cook completely. This version compromises by increasing the cooking time and removing the foil halfway through.
