Description

Chicken breasts slow cooked in a sweet sauce combining Catalina dressing and peach preserves.

Ingredients
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Catalina dressing
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 1 dry onion soup mix packet
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tbsp water
Instructions
  1. Spray inside of a 6-quart crockpot with cooking spray. Lay chicken breasts in crockpot.

  2. Stir together Catalina dressing, peach preserves, onion soup mix, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Pour Catalina dressing mixture over chicken.

  4. Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours.

  5. Mix the cornstarch and water. Stir into liquid in crockpot, cover, and cook another 15 to 20 minutes.
