In a 6 quart or larger slow cooker, add all ingredients except the kielbasa and stir gently to combine.

Place the kielbasa on top of the mixture and cover with the lid.

Cook on Low setting for 6-8 hours or on High for 4-5 hours. Stir in the kielbasa before serving.
