In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain off excess grease.

Add bell peppers and onions to the beef and cook 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are softened.

Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.

Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes and serve.
